Terms

Driving License
A full license must have been held for at least two years. Any endorsements will be considered carefully.

Insurance
The inclusive Fully Comprehensive insurance covers ‘The Insured’ only who must be 30-65 years old. Charge for any other additional driver starts at £35 per day, subject to our insurer’s approval.

ID
Driving licence and counter part section need to be provided to Bubbly rent a Car> before the hire can commence for all named drivers, also Photo Id in the form of a Passport and a utility bill or credit card statement must also be produced as confirmation of ID, these can be sent by registered mail to our offices, they will be photo copied and returned by registered mail, photocopies are acceptable BUT the originals must be produced on the day of car hire, failure to do so would cancel the hire. If upon delivery these documents have not been received or viewed by Bubbly RentaCar, the hire will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply.

Age
Minimum 25, Drivers between 25 and 30 will be assessed on an individual basis.

Deposit
A refundable deposit of between £2,500 and £5,000 will be required on all vehicles.

Petrol
You will need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as noted on your collection. If, however, this is not the case any reimbursement for petrol will be charged at the pump price, plus a surcharge of £50 for labour.

Hours of Hire
Standard Weekend hire covers 72 hours, from Friday to Monday. 1 day mid week covers from 9am to 9am the following day. 3 day midweek hire covers from 9am Tuesday to 9 am Friday.

Mileage Allowance
The mileage allowance is 100 miles per day. Excess mileage is as per the current Tariff

Delivery
Delivery can be arranged throughout the UK, at an additional nominal charge. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Your warranty to us
By signing the hire agreement form you warrant to us that you and any additional named driver:-

  • hold a full British driving license and have done so for the past 3 years (36 months)
  • do not suffer from any physical or mental affliction that may hamper your driving ability
  • have not in the past 5 years been convicted of any motoring offences which resulted in imprisonment or a driving ban.

Our warranties and limits to liability
We warrant to you that:

  • We have maintained the vehicle to at least that of the manufacturer's recommended standard
  • That the vehicle is roadworthy and suitable for renting at the start of the rental period

Availability
All cars are offered subject to availability, if for any reason the car is unavailable or unroadworthy, then our liability is limited in all circumstances to a full refund of the amount that has been prepaid. Bubbly RentACar have the right to change the exact vehicle specification and colour if necessary and you will be informed of this as early as possible prior to the hire. Bubbly RentACar have the right to cancel a booking if the weather conditions are deemed too severe.
